CIBSE Young Engineers Network and Women in Building Services Engineering (WiBSE) are hosting a panel discussion on the theme of inclusive design, linking to the International Women in Engineering Day (Inwed) theme, ‘Make Safety Seen’.

Inwed aims to give female engineers around the world a profile, at a time when they are still hugely underrepresented. Figures for 2021 indicate that only 16.5% of engineers in the UK are women, and the event aim is to encourage more young women and girls to take up engineering careers. www.inwed.org.uk
